My Butter Cookies

Its a rainy day, and have the urge to bake again. Don't know why, feels good to bake during rainy days :)
Check through my fridge inventory, still have enough flour, eggs, butter etc. Lazy to go grocery store in this freaking weather .
Heres my ingredients :
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon coco powder (for coco biscuits)
- 1 egg
Very simple recipe. This recipe can make about 40 to 50s biscuits depending on the mould you are using.
Mix sugar and better together . Beat till fluffy and pale yellow
Add in vanilla essence and egg.
Add in flour, to form a dough
Select your mould cutter.
Mould out the shape of the dough.
Ready to be send to oven

Done. leave it to cool before transferring to container
I have done both butter and coco biscuits
Brought my cookies to church for my class kids to eat during tea break. They look it so much and ask for more . Maybe its the shape of the cookies that fascinate them. Anyone wants to order for christmas? Haha..i am taking orders now.. :-)
